Eighty percent of the elements that impact a human’s health and wellness live outside the healthcare system. The resources needed to impact these elements must be mined from the community. At Twin Weavers, we strengthen communities by convening community-based organizations, public health activists, technology engineers, health and human service providers, and diverse industries to address the environmental, social, safety, financial, and literacy issues, collectively called Social Determinants of Health (SDoH). Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. We partner with forward-thinking businesses and organizations to provide sustainable, obtainable, and practical solutions.
