Anita has been a lifetime patient advocate and a C-level executive with a vision to revolutionize the patient experience. She was an early adopter of Michael Hammer’s Business Process Reengineering by bringing rapid and radical redesign to improve the healthcare delivery system. After three decades in leadership positions at both public and private healthcare sectors, including the U.S. Public Health Service and large healthcare systems, serving marginalized and underserved populations, Anita recognizes that despite technological advances, the healthcare system has become more inefficient, less cost-effective, and less patient centered. She is bringing to Twin Weavers first-hand knowledge of the daily pain experienced by healthcare providers and patients, as well as her skills in project management and building strategic alliances. Anita’s vision for Twin Weavers is to apply innovative technology to restore the social fabric and improve the quality of life for all humans.
